1. Booking & Payment
- Your booking will only be confirmed once payment (deposit or full amount) has been received.
- Payments can be madeonline via credit card, bank transfer, or other available methods.
- In accordance with regulations regarding immediately accessible digital content, users expressly waive their right of withdrawal at the time of payment by checking the designated box (have to introduce it at the stage of payment !)
- For online sessions payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring availability and readinessbefore registering.
2.Individual Sessions
- Bookings forprivate sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice mayforfeit the deposit.
3. Group Sessions
- Forgroup sessions, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will not be refunded.
- Early cancellations (more than 72 hours prior) may berescheduled or refunded according to the payment method.
4. Retreats & Immersive Trainings
- For retreats or immersive programs, cancellations must be madeat least 25 days before the start date to receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
- Cancellations madewithin 25 days of the retreat start date will not be refunded.
- In the event of retreat cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., travel restrictions, health emergencies), you will receive either afull refund or a credit for a future retreat.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1. Individual Sessions
- Adeposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Your booking will only be confirmed once payment (deposit or full amount) has been received.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advancemay be rescheduled or refunded (deposit non-refundable if specified).
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the sessionwill not be eligible for a refund.
2.2. Group Sessions

- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event: no refund will be issued.
2.3. Retreats
- Anon-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the date indicated in the booking confirmation.
- Cancellations made more than 25 days before the start of the retreat: deposit is retained, but any additional payment may be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 25 days before the retreat: no refund will be issued.
- If the participant chooses to leave the retreat early, no partial refund will be granted.
2.4. Trainings / Certifications / Online Programs & Sessions
- All trainings, certifications, and online programs are consideredfinal sales.
- No refund or withdrawalis possible once payment has been made, as access to materials, community, or teaching resources may be immediately provided.
- In the case of installment plans, the participant remains contractually committed to complete all payments, even if they discontinue the training.
2.5. Event Cancellation by the Organizer
- In the unlikely event that a session, retreat, or training must be cancelled by the facilitator, participants will be offered the choice of:
- Afull refund, or
- The possibility toreschedule or transfer the payment to a future event.
2.6. Force Majeure
- Facilitator cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, illness, natural disasters, strikes, restrictions, etc.). In such cases, alternative solutions (postponement, credit note) may be proposed.
- The organizer reserves the right tomodify or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. The facilitator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions, retreats, or trainings due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, health restrictions, emergencies). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
- These terms arebinding upon booking.
3. Online Sessions – Terms & Conditions
3.1. Booking & Payment
- Online sessions must be booked in advance through the website or directly with the facilitator.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- You may choose to pay in full or, where applicable, a deposit.
3.2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations madeat least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- Cancellations madeless than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances on the facilitator’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
3.3. Technical Requirements
- Sessions are hosted via a secure online platform (Zoom, or equivalent).
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection, a functioning camera and microphone, and a quiet, private space for the session.
- The facilitator cannot be held responsible for interruptions or poor quality due to technical issues on the client’s side.
3.4. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All online sessions are strictly confidential.
- No part of the session may be recorded, shared, or reproduced without explicit written consent from the facilitator.
- Personal data shared during the booking process or in the session remains protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3.5. Responsibility & Disclaimer
- Online sessions are intended forpersonal growth, self-awareness, and energetic alignment. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
- By booking an online session, the client acknowledges full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the session.
- The facilitator does not guarantee specific results, as each individual’s experience is unique.
3.6. Conduct & Respect
- A respectful environment is expected at all times.
- Any inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
3.7. Online Sessions Framework
- Structure & Intention
Online sessions are conducted with the same structure, intention, and energetic transmission as in-person sessions. - Session Format
- Each session begins with preparatory practices, including breathwork and meditation.
- For optimal energy focus, the facilitator may mute camera and/or microphone during the session.
- Activations, mantras, mudras, and energy practices are included as part of the protocol.
- Intensity of Experience
The online format does not diminish the effectiveness or intensity of the session. The participant’s experience and outcomes depend on their openness, receptivity, and level of engagement. - Disclaimer on Results
- Each participant may have a unique experience; results vary individually.
- The facilitator does not guarantee specific outcomes.
- As long as the session is delivered according to the established framework and protocol, no refunds will be issued for perceived “lack of results.”
- Participant Responsibility
By booking an online session, participants acknowledge their responsibility to:
- Ensure a quiet, stable environment with a reliable internet connection.
- Follow the facilitator’s guidance to the best of their ability.
- Seek professional medical or psychological support when necessary, as these sessions do not replace medical treatment.
4. Contradictions & Liability (Health & Safety Disclaimer)
- All sessions, group programs, and retreats areeducational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
- Participants engage in all activitiesat their own risk.
- Kundalini Activation & Breathwork are powerful practices and are not suitable for everyone, including people who are:
- Under psychoactive substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.)
- Psychologically fragile or under heavy psychiatric treatment
- With a history of epilepsy or serious heart conditions
- Pregnant (beyond 3 months without medical approval)
- Participation in sessions, group programs, and retreats assumesresponsibility for your own physical and mental health.
- It is the responsibility of participants toinform the facilitator of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your participation.
- By booking, participants agree tohold the organizer harmless from any liability arising from participation, including injury, emotional response, or personal loss.
- The facilitatordoes not guarantee specific outcomes, as transformation depends on the individual participant’s engagement and openness.
- Practices may involveenergy work, meditation, movement, breathwork, or other modalities; participants should engage within their personal limits.
- By participating, you confirm that you have read and understood these contraindications.
- The facilitator is not responsible for negative experiencesresulting from nondisclosure.

- Not record sessions or trainings (audio/video)
- Keep eyes closed during activations to maintain integrity

Violations may result in immediate exclusion without refund. Disrespectful or aggressive behavior towards the facilitator, team members, or other participants may also lead to immediate removal.

I want you to love your purchase. If, however, you are not fully satisfied:
- Physical products(such as ceremonial items, books, accessories):
- You may return your item(s) within14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Digital products(such as e-books, audio files, meditations, or online content):
- All sales arefinal. No refunds or exchanges are available once the digital product has been delivered.

Payment records are stored by DESIGN MS and Stripe as legally recognized proof.
- Training Specific Terms
All proposed trainings are a professional training programs.
- Contractual commitment: registration is final and non-refundable.
- Payment in installments: full contractual obligation, no partial refund.
- Personal, non-transferable access. Sharing is strictly forbidden.
- Immersive weekend: 3dates and location are provided by facilitator. Travel, accommodation, meals are not always included and in this case will be participant’s responsibility.
- Confidentiality & ethical conduct: participants must respect confidentiality, not record content, and act with respect and kindness.
- Intellectual property: all content belongs to Mariana STOYANOVA, Design MS
- Liability & results: facilitator provides means, not guaranteed results. All sessions, practices, retreats and trainings does not replace medical or therapeutic care.
- Non-Disparagement Clause
The client agrees to refrain from making any statements, whether written or spoken, that may be reasonably construed as derogatory, defamatory, or harmful to the reputation of the facilitator Mariana STYANOVA, her services and Design MS. Constructive feedback is always welcome and may be shared directly with the facilitator.Violations may result in legal action.
- Force Majeure
Mariana STOYANOVA, Design MS. is not responsible for failure to perform due to force majeure, including natural disasters, network failures, cyberattacks, war, civil unrest, government orders, or illness. Rescheduling or alternative solutions may be offered.
- Modification of Terms & Conditions
Mariana STOYANOVA, DESIGN MS. may update Terms & Conditions at any time. Conditions in effect at the time of order apply.
20. Partial Invalidity (Severability Clause)
